Remote Individualized Training
If you are already a member at another gym, train in your home or office gym or live outside of the Seattle area, remote coaching knocks down the location barrier and lets you train when and where it works best for you. REV remote coaching supports your ability to move well, feel energized, and look good because your training plan is tailored specifically to you. You’ll reach your goals faster and enjoy your training more with a coach to support you along the way. And you are always welcome to come into our Seattle gym during regular gym hours if you’re in the area and time allows in your schedule.
STEP 1: Getting to know you
We start with a free consultation that gives us insight into your background—where you are, and where you want to go. We lay the framework for a coaching relationship based on trust, honesty and commitment.
STEP 2: Movement pattern/test assessment
Remote clients go through an assessment period of 1-3 weeks depending on your background and goals. Since everyone is different, your goals and background will determine length of these sessions. Gathering this initial data is helpful for both client and coach and allows us to truly customize your program design. REV clients find this part of the process insightful and educational.
STEP 3: Customized training and ongoing support
Your coach will provide your weekly training program via Fitbot. Your training dashboard will have your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results, ask questions or make comments for each session. You document your progress each training day, and your coach reviews your results each week. Every 4-6 weeks you and your primary coach meet via Skype for 30 minutes to review progress, assess goals and go over ongoing expectations. This ensures a program adjusted to your needs that can evolve with you.
